Our prices typically range from the lowest $300 per night up to $1,300 per night based on the type of resort, room, season. However, please note that the exact price for your chosen resort will be provided during the booking process. But we guarantee that our prices are lower than all other travel sites. If you find a lower price for the same resort and dates on another travel website, please contact us, and we will do our best to match or beat that price. While we strive to keep our pricing information accurate, please note that resort rates may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as seasonal changes, special promotions, or other unforeseen circumstances. The final price for your booking will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
  2. Availability: Due to the high demand for these exclusive resorts, availability can change rapidly. While we make every effort to maintain up-to date availability information, there may be instances when the specified room or resort is no longer available for your selected dates.
  3. Alternative Options: In the event that your desired resort or room is unavailable, our dedicated team will work closely with you to find suitable alternatives that match your preferences and budget. We understand the importance of a perfect vacation and will go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met.
  4. Guests: Most of these resorts are adult only; however, if you have kids, then Zoestry, Dreams & Sunscape accepts children. Please note that not all Zoestry resorts take children, so it is a resort by resort basis. Therefore, when you request to book, please mention in the description section how many kids, their ages you want to bring with you and we will provide the best selections that are available.
  5. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation at least 32 days prior to your check in date, the cancellation fee will be free of charge. If you cancel your reservation at least 31 and 9 days from the check in date, there will be a one day penalty charge. If you cancel 8 to one day from the check in date, it will be considered as a no show and there is a two-day penalty charge.
  6. Airport Transportation: We offer you discounted airport transportation roundtrip with the official transportation company of the resort. After we finalize your booking, please notify if you would like to book airport transportation to your resort.
